MSI has announced a graphics card N680GTX Twin Frozr 4GD5


Taiwanese manufacturer MSI has officially announced the release to market graphics card N680GTX Twin Frozr 4GD5, based on the base of GPU GeForce GTX 680. Novelty is a double type of memory GDDR5 (4 GB) and a proprietary cooling system Twin Frozr III.


The device is available in two versions: the first sample runs on standard frequencies - 1006 (1058) and 6008 MHz - kernel mode (GPU Boost), and memory, respectively, and the second at higher - 1058 (1124) and 6008 MHz.

The cooling system consists of five nickel-plated copper 8mm heat pipes with SuperPipe and two 80-millimeter fan Propeller Blade. Additional power comes in two six-jacks.

Are available video outputs Dual-Link DVI-I, Dual-Link DVI-D, DisplayPort, HDMI to connect multiple monitors simultaneously.

Video cards support DirectX 11 standard, OpenGL 4.2, PCI Express 3.0 and Shader Model 5.0, as well as proprietary technologies NVIDIA: stereoscopic image 3D Vision, realistic physics PhysX, parallel computing CUDA, accelerated video decoding PureVideo HD and the combination of multi-GPU 4-Way SLI .
