Last week, we told you that Samsung may unveil a smaller version of its popular Galaxy S III smartphone, called S III Mini, on October 11. Now, Samsung's own JK Shin has confirmed that the new handset will be officially announced tomorrow, in Germany.
The Galaxy S III Mini will have a 4 inch display - unlike the original S III (pictured below), which sports a 4.8 inch screen. Reportedly, Shin doesn't consider the S III Mini an entry-level handset, so it remains to be seen what features it will bring alongside the 4 inch display.
The new Samsung Galaxy S III Mini should run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at launch. I'm pretty sure it will sell well, further confirming that Samsung is doing great when it comes to Android.
