ATIV S, Samsung's first Windows Phone 8 handset is now available for pre-order in Australia via MobiCity, which lists it on its website with a price tag of $ 699 AUD ($ 715 USD / € 552) attached to it.
Packing a large 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED touchscreen display and a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor inside, complemented by 1GB of RAM, the new device should be able to provide users with a great mobile experience.
The handset comes with business features such as Microsoft Office 365 suite, On-device encryption (BitLocker), Exchange ActiveSync, as well as with great multimedia capabilities.
It sports 16GB of internal memory, a microSD memory card slot to expand it, an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with HD video recording capabilities, Wi-Fi hotspot, HSPA +, Bluetooth, GPS receiver, and the like.
