Integral Memory Company officially announces the sale of solid state drives Crypto Series. Discs are made of 2.5-inch form factor and are based on 25-nanometer NAND flash chip architecture MLC (multi level cell). New items comply with FIPS 197 technology support SMART, TRIM, and AES encryption with a key length of 256 bits.
Solid State Drive SSD Integral Crypto Series is available in several versions with a memory 32, 64, 128 and 256GB, the cost is 200, 260, 360 and 470 dollars respectively. Drives are compatible with operating systems Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, and are based on a two-year manufacturer's warranty.
