Japanese company Green House announced its new solid state drive designed in the 2.5-inch form factor. Under the new name of the GH-SSD32A offer users a variety of options for capacity, including 60, 120, 240 and 480 GB, and the interface SATA 6.0 Gbps.
Also of features Green House GH-SSD32A is to provide memory chip MLC NAND Flash, the controller SandForce SF-2281, TRIM support and ECC. According to an official press release, the new solid-state drive regardless of the volume has read speeds of up to 550 MB / c and write speeds up to 500MB / c. Unfortunately, pricing information is not yet available. But, it will be known as early as next month, when the new Green House goes on sale.
