Samsung Galaxy Premier to Arrive Only in January Next Year

South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung might have delayed the launch of its Android-based Galaxy Premier device, after making it official in October this year.

The latest reports on the matter suggest that the company will bring the smartphone to shelves only in January 2013, although it initially promised it for November this year.

Packing a 4.65-inch HD Super AMOLED screen and a 1.5 GHz dual-core TI OMAP 4470 SoC inside, the Galaxy Premier was expected to hit shelves as a highly appealing device, paired with an affordable price tag.

Samsung is said to have delayed the release of this device due to yet unknown reasons, and might have it ready for availability in various European and Asian markets at the end of the next month.

Furthermore, it's possible that some of the markets in which the phone was set to arrive last month to receive it only in February.
