We half-expected Gigabyte to announce some sort of graphics card + free game bundle, but the company chose to stick to the basics this time. A new video board has appeared, bearing the part number GV-R785WF2-1GD.
The GPU works at 860 MHz, the 1 GB of GDDR5 VRAM operates at 4,800 MHz, and the memory interface is 256-bit wide.
Moving on, stability and long life are granted by the Ultra Durable 2 components: Ferrite Choke, all-solid capaictors, Low RDS (on) MOSFET.
The cooler helps as well, with its two fans and two copper heatpipes.
Gigabyte hasn't given a price or availability date, unfortunately. At least that gives prospective buyers some time to scout for monitors with DVI, HDMI or mini DisplayPort inputs.
