Samsung's Galaxy Camera continues to crop up in the news, even though it's basically getting old and the company is bound to replace it soon.
The reason it so frequently gets mentioned is because, much like many smartphones, it runs the Android operating system, which means it is updated from time to time.

One such firmware update has just now begun to roll out, to all those who bought the Galaxy Camera through AT&T.
The carrier is delivering Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean build GC100UCAMD4.
There is no change log, but word is that the software brings stability fixes and some other camera enhancements. Since the update is 190 MB in size, I can only wonder what they are.
Hopefully, Samsung or AT&T will publish one soon.
As always, to initiate the download process, users need to access the “About Device” section in Android.
