[Computex 2012] VTX3D showed HD videocard HD 7870 X-7770 Edition

The company VTX3D, a leading manufacturer of graphics cards based on GPU NVIDIA and AMD, launched an exhibition Computex 2012 output graphics card Radeon HD 7770 and HD 7870 X-Edition.

Model VTX3D Radeon HD 7770 X-Edition differs elevated in the factory core and memory frequencies - 1150 and 1250 MHz (effective - 5000 MHz). Recall the core and the memory reference sample run at 1000 and 1125 MHz (4500 MHz), respectively. The PCB and cooling system video card VTX3D Radeon HD 7770 X-Edition fully adheres to the reference design, except for the red and black. The video card includes a 28-nanometer graphics core of Cape Verde with 640 stream processors and 1GB of GDDR5 memory associated with the GPU via a 128-bit interface.

Unlike the HD 7770 X-Edition graphics card HD 7870 X-Edition performed at non-reference PCB sample and got its own cooling system with a larger diameter fan, which resembles a cooler Radeon HD 7870 PowerSolor Eyefinity. The novelty is based on the basis of 28-nanometer GPU Pitcairn, which includes 1280 stream processors and is equipped with 2 GB of memory type GDDR5. Bit memory bus is 256 bits. Components of the graphics adapter also work at higher frequencies. Graphic core frequency is 1100 MHz, and memory - 1225 MHz (effective - 4900 MHz), against the 1000 and 1200 MHz (4800 MHz), the reference sample.

As updates are implemented proprietary technology AMD, among which are the PowerTune and ZeroCore Power, CrossFire, Eyefinity, HD3D and standards support for DirectX 11, OpenGL 4.2 and PCI Express 3.0. Unfortunately, their price and exact release date is currently unknown.
