Club3D, a subsidiary of Tul Corporation and well known VGA channel partner for both AMD and NVIDIA, announced on Monday that it will push forward with AMD products only, giving no reason as to why it chose to end the partnership with NVIDIA. Club3D sister brands, VTX3D and PowerColor, are also exclusive AMD channel partners and direct competitors on Club3D's main market, Europe. With most new buyers flocking to NVIDIA's recently launched 7xx series cards, and AMD's own Sea Islands GPUs a long way away, Club3D's move at this moment in time is puzzling to say the least.
Club3D announces today to fully commit to the sale of AMD graphics boards and related products. Judith Ma Tseng - Club3D CEO - "we are showing our commitment to AMD because we believe that AMD is ideally positioned to deliver a complete solution to our customers, and after 16 years in the business offering solutions from a variety of processor partners, we truly believe that we can offer a better solution going forward with AMD alone."
