KOREAN PHONE MAKER Samsung's Galaxy S4 Zoom smartphone has been priced at £467.99 ahead of its release in the UK this summer.
Samsung's Galaxy S4 Zoom, if you hadn't already guessed, is one of many Galaxy S4 variants the firm has churned out over the past month, and this one, naturally, is all about the camera.
Unveiled last week, the handset features a 16MP rear-facing camera, complete with a Xenon flash, optical image stabilization and camera focused software features, as the firm eyes the Sony Xperia Z and Nokia Lumia 925 handsets.

Besides its camera, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom features Google's Android 4.2 Jelly Bean mobile operating system, Samsung's Touchwiz user interface, a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and a 4.3in qHD AMOLED display. Confirming its place in Samsung's mid-range lineup, there's also 1.5GB of RAM, a 1.9MP front-facing camera, 8GB of internal storage and a 2,330mAh battery.
Thanks to UK retailer Handtec, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom can now be preordered ahead of its summer release timeframe. The handset has been priced at £467.99 on the website, although there are no details about a release date yet.
However, you might want to hold off handing over your credit card yet, as Reuters reported today that Samsung has yet another Galaxy S4 variant in the works. No, this isn't some kind of twisted nightmare, the firm apparently is planning to launch a Galaxy S4 handset with "advanced" LTE speed double the speed of the average top-end smartphone.
Samsung has yet to reveal the Galaxy S4 Zoom's price and release date details
