HTC's recently announced new wonder, the small screen but large body packing HTC One Mini, also the company's first 'Mini' branded phone and direct competitor to Samsung's Galaxy S4 Mini, is all set for an August 9 launch in the UK, but for a steep price.
Although the phone is well built and carries many of the features over from the flagship HTC One, the One Mini loses value due to its high price. $580 is just too steep a price to pay a 1.4 GHz dual-core, 1 GB RAM carrying 4.3" HD screen bearing phone, not for a few but for everyone. Now if it was priced close to $350, we would begin considering it again.
