South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics is now rumored to plan the official unveiling of the Galaxy Note III smartphone for September 4, after previous reports suggested that it could be set to make the move on August 7.
According to a recent report from Android Geeks, the large smartphone has been confirmed by an internal source to go official two days before the IFA show kicks off in Berlin, and should land on shelves in three different flavors, depending on the type of display packed with it.

Thus, users will be able to purchase the smartphone with a Super AMOLED screen, with an IPS LCD display, or with the recently rumored flexible OLED panel.
The screen should measure 5.9 inches, capable of delivering a full HD resolution, while hiding a Snapdragon 800 chipset beneath. Galaxy Note III will also sport 2GB of RAM, 16/32/64GB of internal memory, a 13MP photo snapper, and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
