AT&T may be a year late to the party, but that didn't stop the second largest US carrier from announcing the year-old Samsung Galaxy S III Mini earlier today. Thankfully, the device is extremely affordable as it costs just 99 cents with the usual two-year contract.
The Galaxy S III Mini is a step down from your new S4 Mini and packs a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480) Super AMOLED display, 1 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage. There's a 5 MP rear camera and 0.3 MP front facing unit. The device runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
