Dual-SIM Acer Liquid Z110 Up for Sale in the UK for £110/€135/$175

Acer Liquid Z110 Duo has been recently introduced in the UK to fulfill the needs of those who do not want to carry two devices while on the go.

Starting today, Apple is now selling unlocked iPhone 5 handsets for those who want to eschew a contract and drop a few more Benjamins in the process. The unlocked units are available online via the US Apple Store. All three models are available, with the price starting out at a hefty $ 649. Limit two per customer.

Through its official blog Microsoft has announced that the x86-flavored Surface tablet, which runs Windows 8 Pro (the ARM-based Surface RT is loaded with Windows RT), will arrive in January, priced at $ 899 (64 GB model) and $ 999 (128 GB).

Australian mobile phone carrier Telstra has officially announced plans to make the Windows Phone 8X by HTC smartphone available for purchase on its network starting with the next month.

Dell has launched an Ubuntu version of its attractive XPS 13 ultrabook. The ultrabook is aimed at developers, offering them "the essentials they want" bundled up in a Linux-harboring device. The laptop is available for purchase now from Dell starting at $ 1,449. You can also nab a Windows version of the machine if Ubuntu isn't your thing.

Back in August, we gave you a hands-on look at Sony's 84-inch 4K Bravia 84X900 TV, a massive slate of eye candy if ever there was such a thing. Then, in September, the unit became available for pre-order despite its lack of a definitive release date. Now Sony has announced the 4k Ultra HD Video Player, which comes loaded with some 4k content.

Samsung Galaxy Note II Now Available at Verizon

Verizon Wireless customers can now purchase a new highly appealing smartphone on the network of their wireless carrier, namely the Samsung Galaxy Note II.

It has become customary for Samsung to release source codes for its Android smartphones immediately after their launch or even a few days ahead.

Although Verizon Wireless announced the Galaxy Note II would arrive in retail stores on November 29, Samsung released the source code for this amazing smartphone one day earlier.

Along with it, the South Korean handset makers uploaded the source code for Samsung Galaxy Premier on its servers.

Both new releases will allow developers and Android enthusiasts to cook their own custom ROMs and add or remove various features as they see fit.

Microsoft to launch Windows Phone 7.8 update in early 2013

Microsoft officially announced the eagerly awaited Windows Phone 7.8 update is going to see the day of light in early 2013.

Sapphire officially launched the Vapor-X CPU cooler it talked about at trade shows earlier this year.

NEC announced the LCD-AS192WM line of 19-inch widescreen LCD monitors that are designed to go light on the power draw.

Gigabyte Technology is currently putting the finishing touches on two new mini-ITX motherboards powered by the Intel NM70 chipset, the GA-C807N (equipped with a 1.5 GHz Celeron 807 single-core processor) and the GA-C847N (coming with a 1.1 GHz Celeron 847 dual-core CPU).

Google Nexus 7 3G Arrives at Three UK

UK-based carrier Three has just announced the immediate availability of the Nexus 7 3G tablet. One of the hottest tablets on the market, the 3G version of Nexus 7 has been recently introduced by Google and is one of the most popular among Android fans.

Just like Kanex launched a 4-Port USB 3.0 and a USB 3.0 Gigabit Adapter, Buffalo has put together a USB 3.0 hub with just as many connectors. It then made another one with a different color.

Asus has announced that it has delayed shipments in the US for the interesting dual screen Taichi ultrabook. Those machines have been available for US customers order from several websites including Amazon.com. The Taichi is a dual screen ultrabook with a screen on the outside for tablet use and a second screen on the inside for traditional notebook use.

Buffalo Japan introduced the BSKBB15SV foldable keyboard for those who find on-screen keyboards on their phablets less than ergonomic.

Taiwan-based Biostar Microtech has now announced a new motherboard supporting AMD's FM2 APUs, the Hi-Fi A85W.

Samsung HMX-F90 camcorder forgets convergence and 1080p

Samsung's new HMX-F90, promising the simplicity of a standalone camcorder and the head-scratchingly-confusing absence of resolution higher than what you'd expect from a mid-tier smartphone. That's right, the HMX-F90 tops out at 720p HD, rather than the 1080p we're more used to seeing, though you do at least get a whopping 52x optical zoom for your money.
