Philips has announced its W832 Xenium dual-core Android smartphone. It's a 4.5 "dual-SIM device that runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The new Philips flagship features a 4.5-inch qHD display and runs on a MTK chipset with a 1GHz dual-core processor. The rest of the specs include an 8MP camera, 4 GB internal storage, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and a microSD card slot.
Philips promises great battery life for this one with up to 11 hours of talk time and up to 9 hours of web browsing. The battery capacity is 2400mAh and should offer you 683 hours of stand-by, with both SIM cards active.
There is still no info on the pricing and availability of the Philips W832.
