For those sold on the idea of Windows 8 providing for a decent user interface for touch-based devices, and feel limited with the connectivity options of the Surface Pro, Toshiba unveiled a 'business-class' option, the WT310. Measuring 229 x 189 x 12.4 mm, and weighing 825 g, the Wintel tablet gives you a combination of enterprise features from Windows 8 Pro, and those inherent to Intel platform, such as Anti-theft technology, a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and Active Management Technology, which work to ensure your data doesn't fall into the wrong hands.

Toshiba is also offering a docking station, which expands connectivity. The tablet is powered by a 3,460 mAh battery, although the company didn't touch upon the typical battery life.
The WT310 will launch first in the UK, some time before July.
