If a rumor on Greek website Techblog is to be believed, then Sony is working on a Samsung Galaxy Note III competitor. The company plans to introduce a 6.44-inch phablet called Sony Xperia L4. Also known as Togari C680X, the handset should feature a 1080p display, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and will be powered by a Qualcomm's high-end SoCs, Snapdragon 600 or 800 chipset.
The intriguing thing about the phablet is the S Pen-like feature. While the S Pen works on pressure sensitivity and detection from a distance, the device will use a regular pencil. Although it seems weird, it does make sense as the regular pencil will be far more accurate than it would be with the S Pen or your fingers.
The phablet could be announced at upcoming IFA Berlin 2013 or maybe at CES 2014.
