Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 8.0 in the UK a few days ago, but other countries have yet to receive the tablet.
We have reported that Samsung plans to launch the tablet in the Philippines on April 13 and it looks like the Galaxy Note 8.0 will make its debut in the United States as well.
At least one major retailer is now listing the tablet, but we expect that more will add the tablet to their portfolios.

The Wi-Fi version of Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 will be available for purchase for $400/€305 via Office Depot.
Unfortunately, the tablet is currently “out of stock” and there is no info regarding the exact release date of the Galaxy Note 8.0 in the United States. Check it out here.
Unveiled back in February at the Mobile World Congress 2013, Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is aimed at Android fans who think the Galaxy Note II is too small and the Galaxy Note 10.1 slightly too big for them.
The tablet comes with an 8-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. There will be two models available on the market, one with support for GSM communication and HSDPA, as well as a Wi-Fi only variant.
Apparently, Samsung plans to launch the Wi-Fi only version first, while the 3G model is expected to arrive on the market a few weeks later.
Aside from the fact that it does not come with 3G support, the Wi-Fi only Galaxy Note 8.0 packs the same specs.
The tablet comes equipped with a 1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos 4412 processor, a Mali-400MP graphics processing unit and 2GB of RAM.
There will be either 16GB or 32GB of storage inside, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD memory card.
Last but not least, Galaxy Note 8.0 sports a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, LED flash, and HD (720p) video recording, as well as a secondary 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
