If you wanted to buy a Samsung Galaxy S III Mini on contract in the UK, but didn’t manage to do it yet, you might want to get one now. This, of course, if you’re not waiting for the newer, bigger, better Galaxy S4.
Carphone Warehouse is currently offering the S III Mini with a free Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 – but only on pay monthly tariffs. You can choose plans starting at £22 per month (on O2), £26 per month (Orange), or £28 per month (Vodafone). Go here to see all the available deals.

Available since November 2012, the Samsung Galaxy S III Mini runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean (upgradeable to Android 4.2), and features: a 4 inch WVGA Super AMOLED display, 5MP rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, dual-core 1GHz NovaThor U8420 processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of expandable internal memory.
A Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini is also supposed to arrive later this year, but we don’t know exactly when.
