The new ZTE Blade C that we told you about in January is now available for purchase – at least in Hong Kong, where it’s been released for just 1,280 HKD (about $165, or €126).
The Blade C is obviously an entry-level smartphone. Its features include a 4 inch WVGA display, dual-core 1GHz MediaTek MTK6577 processor, Bluetooth 3.0, 3MP rear camera, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support, and a 1,600 mAh battery. One of the nicest things about it is that it runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Another new ZTE handset that’s been launched in Hong Kong is the Blade III Pro (model number V889F), pictured below:
The Blade III Pro runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich, and is just a minor upgrade over the older Blade III, featuring: a 4 inch WVGA screen, dual-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8225 processor, 5MP rear camera, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of expandable memory, and the same 1,600 mAh battery. The Blade III Pro costs 1,500 HKD ($193)
