The white version of the Huawei Ascend P2 has now gone up for pre-order in the UK. You can find this variation of the smartphone over at well known retailer Phones 4U. You can get the Ascend P2 on contract for free, if you opt for a 24-month plan that costs at least £25 per month.
The cheapest possibility comes from Vodafone, costs exactly that, and gives you 100 minutes, unlimited texts, and 100 MB of mobile data. If you need more each month, there are many other options to choose from, courtesy of Orange and EE too. The most expensive plan currently on offer is from EE and contains unlimited calling, unlimited texts, and 750 MB of data for £36 per month.
That said, if you’re in the UK and are interested in grabbing a white Ascend P2, you should head over to the Phones 4U page for the device, where you can go through all your options.
The handset is set to start shipping on June 19. The Ascend P2 was announced by Huawei in February, and it’s not to be confused with the upcoming Ascend P6. The Ascend P2 has a 4.7-inch 720p HD touchscreen, a 13 MP BSI rear camera, a 1.3 MP front camera, a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, LTE support, and a 2,420 mAh battery. It runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Huawei’s Emotion UI on top.
